After meeting my personal tutor I have tried to implement some of the feedback given to me and have tried different media and ways to display information on the screen. So as a result of that I have been working on changing the way the hand is displayed and I am experimenting with different backgrounds, I have landed on an full opacity background with a 70%~ opacity maze so that the users can continue to see themselves and position themselves accordingly while playing. The background part of it is still work in progress as I am prioritizing working on an interactable menu so that users can select between pre-made mazes or their own custom one, this is done because during my research I have read that a lot of the time it is hard for the parents of kids suffering from autism to connect with their kids, so I believe having a feature that enables them to have a common interest where they can both partake in equally is extremely valuable.
